Instructions of Use: For every measuring cup (30g or 1.06oz) of Bleaching Powder Dust Free, depending on the effect desired, mix 60ml or 2.03fl oz (1:2 formula) of Oxidizing Cream at 10, 20, 30 or 40 Volumes in a plastic bowl. Stir well, then using a tint brush, spread the mixture on the hair locks to be bleached. Indicated time of application (depending on the volume of peroxide being used): from 10 to 15 minutes for medium bleaching; from 15 to 30 minutes for streaks or strong bleaching.
